Convivia Bistro is located in a very touristy area of Canada, the Okanagan Valley. Having a website there is a necessity as the season is somewhat short and there are numerous competitors.

They already had a website but the booking technology was less than ideal. They were taking reservation through a generic form and had to write all of those reservations in a book. The owners were spendings hours everyday doing it this way.
